We transformed the downstairs area of this home - from a basic two bedroom and laundry is now a fully self-contained downsized living space. Over six weeks, we collaborated daily on layouts, materials, colours, windows and electronics. The result is a warm and functional space with two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and living area, and a converted bathroom in place of the laundry.

Kerry has been my builder for over ten years and is the ONLY builder I will let into the Home. It started with a new Deck back in 2016 and "what a difference" it made to the Home, the Outlook and my life. Passers buy continue ask me "Who did that ?".

My home already had a downstairs area of Laundry and 2 Bedrooms, and in 2023 Kerry and I collaborated into turning it into a "Downsized Living Space". We discussed Layouts, Materials, Colours, Windows, Electrics. We met EVERY DAY, discussed priorities and changes. This is where Kerry “shines”. He is not "JUST a builder". Within ONLY 6 weeks what was an unused, cold, wasted space was turned into a magnificent 2 bedroom, Living , Dining and Kitchen space with the Laundry converted into a bathroom. It was MORE than I expected. I will never have to leave my home as I age. I would advise any pensioner to work with Kerry to work out how to turn their long term residence into a place suitable for old age. None of us want to leave where we live, the community and the memories of our family growing up. Kerry has given me at age 65 another 15 years in my home.
I now live in my "New Space", downsized into something more suitable and able to have family , friends and Airbnb guests to use the rest of my home.
Kerry works with me annually to keep my home ( my major investment ) in very good condition. He oils the decks, cleans the gutters and solar panels, touches up small maintenance areas, trims back trees and advises on any improvements.
Kerry is "NOT JUST A BUILDER". Kerry makes sure that your most important asset is kept in good order , gives you peace of mind and can help you stay there longer.
Kerry, you are a treasure, your team are well trained by you, clean, polite and respectful. I’m now looking forward to stage 3 of our next adventure.
