Kerry Retimana
Director + Builder
With over 25 years of experience in the building industry, Kerry brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across all areas of construction. His career spans a broad range of projects, from residential homes and multi-unit developments to large-scale renovations, hotel builds, and commercial construction. Having worked on everything from small extensions to full custom builds, Kerry is known for his attention to detail, hands-on approach, and commitment to quality.

In 2020, Kerry founded Solid Building Solutions Pty Ltd in Miranda, located in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. What began as a one-man operation has quickly grown into a thriving team of 13 skilled professionals, all driven by the same values of reliability, craftsmanship, and customer-first service. Under Kerry’s leadership, Solid Building Solutions has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across Sydney, with a focus on creating lasting relationships and exceptional results.
Paul McArthur
Site Foreman, Licensed Carpenter and Bricklayer
With a strong background in formwork carpentry, concreting, and bricklaying, Paul brings extensive hands-on experience to every project. As our Site Foreman, he oversees the planning and safe execution of boutique residential and commercial construction works, including brick, block, and concrete structures. Paul is a skilled leader, effectively managing teams of tradespeople, apprentices, and subcontractors while applying risk management principles to ensure high-quality, safe project delivery.

Project Manager and Architect
With a successful career in architecture spanning over four decades, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and design expertise to the team. Peter specialises in residential projects, including new homes and extensions. He’s committed to supporting the team and delivering projects that balance functionality, creativity and lasting value.

Jason is a qualified carpenter with over 20 years experience in the building industry. He has worked extensively across both residential and high-end commercial projects, bringing a strong skill set and consistent workmanship to every site. Jackson is a skilled carpenter with over five years of hands-on experience in residential construction. He completed his formal training at Gymea TAFE, where he built a strong foundation in structural framing, detailed finishing work, and on-site problem solving. Known for his precision, reliability, and work ethic, Jackson takes pride in delivering high-quality results on every job.

Josh is a skilled and licensed carpenter who gained his skills at Gymea TAFE, where he developed a strong foundation in construction and woodworking.
